The Riviera scarf is my most classic design. Sky blue and zesty orange chains make this a stand out summer accessory. Can’t you just see yourself by the azure water with a cool drink in your hand?
Flippertygibbet silk scarves feature colourful, bold, quirky patterns with hand rolled hems lovingly stitched by the designer. The limited edition collection has been digitally printed on ethically sourced 100% crepe de chine silk which is beautifully light and soft with a delicate lustre. Measuring a luxurious 156cm x 52cm, Flippertygibbet scarves are perfect for draping yourself in fabulous style and rocking your favourite looks.
Each scarf has been finished by hand using the traditional skill of hand rolled hemming. It takes around 3 hours to expertly hem the edges of each garment - over 4 metres in length - but this attention to detail creates almost invisible stitches and a tiny soft roll around the edges of your garment. Pure silk shouldn't settle for anything less.
Care instructions: Hand wash only, iron slightly damp for best results.
Dimensions: 156 x 52cm (slight variations in size are due to the digital printing process).
NB: the item photographs in this shop feature collection samples. Customer’s own scarves will be hand stitched on demand and dispatched within 7 days of order receipt.
