I designed a very personalised version of this for a commission and realised it would make a lovely addition to my heart designs. I've made this more simplified version in red thinking it would, as well as being a general love symbol, make a lovely Ruby Wedding anniversary gift.

Full description
A stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
A 2015 heart design for my catalogue, 2 entwined hearts in glorious shades of bright red glass.
I've used 4 shades and types of red glass for the 2 hearts and infilled with some rather lovely fusing glass, clear with red streaks
It is 15.5cm x 12.5 cm and the heart is strengthened and neatened with a border of twisted wire..
The heart hangs from a little silvery chain which is securely attached to the top of the heart at either side.
it is would make a wonderfully bright addition to any room.
It is totally individual and I am really pleased with this design.
I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass for each piece to ensure they are unique.
The 5th photo shows the golden version I made previously.
This makes a super wedding anniversary present - Red for ruby and I can make golden or silver versions too.
