My background is in textile design and my work often uses a combination of more than one technique and usually as a form of collage. In this picture the robin has been cut in lino and printed on white paper, cut out and machine stitched onto a black inked background.

Small individual lino print of a robin - printed in black and red on white paper, cut out and collaged onto a black ink background. Some detail has been machine embroidered in black.
Mounted on brown card and window mounted in cream mount board.
