Easy to wear, lovely and warm, hand felted merino wool everyday hat. Inspired by the simple many hat, this style has been given an added twist - literally. At the point where I have made the felt 'hood' and fitted it over the hat mould, I take the very top of the hood (made in a larger size to allow for this) and twist it so that the hat lays in neat folds against the mould. These pleats or folds are then pinned into place for drying. Made using two toning colours which blend into each other, this makes a delightful hat to wear everyday, keeping you toasty warm against the winter chill.

These hats can be made to order in any colour or head size. Simply message me to discuss colour requirements. All I need is the hat size needed in centimetres measured around the head - forehead and under the bulb at the back. If the wearer has lots of hair or wears a bun I can accommodate this by making the body of the hat larger. It is actually very easy so don't panic, just ask. The colours listed below are purely for reference, a carry a very large colour range.
