You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Therefore if you're total order is more than £20 we strongly suggest you upgrade to a Signed For service, otherwise you won't be compensated for more than £20. Domestic Postage is by 2nd Class Standard (95p) - upgrades are as follows; upgrade to 1st Class standard: 20p extra (£1.15) Upgrade to 2nd Class Recorded: £1.10 extra (£2.05) Upgrade to 1st Class Recorded: £1.30 extra (£2.25) Within the EU Postage is by standard airmail (£2.65) - Upgrades are as follows; Upgrade to International Signed For: £5.65 extra (£8:30) Outside the EU Postage is by standard airmail: (£3.35) - Upgrades are as follows; Upgrade to International Signed For: £5.55 extra (£8.90)

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
