Individually handmade sterling silver heart tag with a sparkly hammered finish which really catches the light, 1.4cm wide on an adjustable suede bracelet.
This bracelet is adjustable between 16cm and 24cm so you don't need to worry if it'll fit.
Your jewellery will arrive packaged in tissue paper in a pretty organza bag - perfect for gift giving. If you'd prefer a jewellery box you can order one for £2.50 from my store.
