Beautiful Handmade Beech End Grain Chopping Block/Cutting Board

This chopping block has been made using Beech end grain, which not only looks stunning, is also kinder on knives, and lasts longer than traditional cutting boards.

The chopping block has been treated to three coats of food safe mineral oil, with the final coat a mixture of mineral oil and 100% natural beeswax from local Chesterfield beehives.

The corners have been rounded for comfort and Cork pads on the base reduce the chopping block sliding on surfaces and worktops. The block measures approx. 295mm x 230mm x 40mm (11.6" x 9" x 1.5")

Included in the sale is one bar of 100% Natural Beeswax, and a 'chopping block care slip' giving simple instruction on how to look after the chopping block.
