At Popinjay, I rescue tatty and unloved books, and turn them into something new and lovely. Oh my goodness - how pretty is this book? This fabulous antique book was in a box that no-one else wanted. The cover is just so beautiful, and what a fantastic place to store your vegetable seeds!

Full description
This fantastic binding has been wrapped around a hand-made tray and the inside has been carefully lined with coordinated papers and an antique illustration. This will make a beautiful ornament and handy storage box for tiny things. Why nor fill it with surprises for an alternative gift?
The book measures approximately 25 cm x 18 cm x 3.5 cm, with an interior of approximately 23.5 cm x 15 cm x 2.5 cm.
As with all vintage/antique items, this may show signs of wear such as scratches, creases etc... All these just add to the character and the authenticity of the piece.
