This pendant has been made in my home workshop using traditional casting techniques.
Using an actual Jurassic Ammonite fossil specimen, found on a beach walk in Dorset, the form was pressed into delft clay before removing to create a replica mould, this was then cast in solid sterling silver. This method of casting really preserves all the details of the original perfectly.
I have added a small ring bail on the top of the pendant and an 18 inch open curb link chain has been threaded through. It measures 14x11mm approx. including the bail.
The chain is stamped 925 for sterling silver. This can't be removed easily, but if you would like a different chain or cord, please ask for details.
The pendant and chain are a substantial silver weight. Hall Marked at the London Assay Office, the pendant also bears my unique makers mark.
I have coordinating items that would work well with this necklace, please ask or see my other listings.
This is a unique, one of a kind pendant and would be perfect for men or women to wear. If you would like a similar item cast in gold, please ask for details.
Your pendant will come securely gift boxed and packaged.
P&P is by recorded delivery within the UK and does not include insurance. If you would like insurance, please contact me for details and prices, thank you.
