Delivery:
Your hat will be sent to you within 5 working days by RM special delivery in the UK or tracked services for overseas buyers. Delivery worldwide is usually around 2-3 weeks from dispatch but in some cases can be longer.
Returns/Exchanges:
I hope you love your hat, but if for any reason you are unhappy with the item I will accept exchanges or returns within 14 days (postage is non-refundable). Returned items must be in the original packing and be unworn. Please note that custom made items are non-returnable due to their personalised nature.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Ladies pale blue hatinator for weddings, races, tea parties, christenings etc. Each hat is handmade in sinamay fabric before trimming with millinery feathers and sinamay 'bow' for a very feminine and glamorous look.
The hat attaches with a headband available in a range of hair colours, and comes beautifully packaged in its own hat box. Traditionally worn to the right, it is now more common to wear over your hair parting - or just as personal preference requires!
As always, if you require another colour I'm more than happy to send swatches or discuss a custom design.
Upon ordering, please leave a note of your choice of headband (black/brown/blonde/ivory) and which side you will wear it on.
