I have been making bears for a while now but I am also very much in love with fairies, I wanted to merge the two on a smaller scale than I have previously. I designed a smaller pattern and made the wings to be the right proportions. I could imagine them fluttering around, granting wishes and helping the flowers to bloom. I really love making an item that will capture the imagination and that can be treasured for a lifetime xxx

Full description
Ella The Fairy Bear is an explorer of the highest regard, she has discovered many new fairy dwellings and has met a great deal of wonderful world fairy leaders and even more human fairy activists. Ella is well respected amongst all the fairy bears.
Ella is handsewn from very pale baby pink faux fur. She has glass eyes and a little purple needle felted nose. Her beautiful wings are made with wire and shimmery film, adorned with a little purple bell and plenty of sparkles. Ella always wears a scarf because an explorer should always be prepared and she believes that a scarf is the most versatile of all human invented accessories.
Ella is thread jointed and can stand with support or sit unaided. She is 13cm tall when standing. She has been weighted too so is lovely to hold. Ella has been made from an original pattern and is one of a kind, she will never be replicated. She also has little fleece foot pads.
All Bears By Samantha Webb have a tiny silver heart stitched to the neck which is engraved with an S.
