Full description
The felted surface of this clock has been nuno felted using blends of purple merino wool and bleached tussah silk on a silk chiffon base fabric. Nuno felting allows the woollen fibres to migrate through the silk and bind with it and the resulting fabric has been mounted on a 20cm diameter MDF base. The nuno felted piece has a lovely marbling effect and silver coloured hour markers and clock hands have been added.
The clock has a battery operated quartz movement with an integral hanger and requires an AA size battery which is not included due to postal regulations.
The reverse of the clock has been covered in a white commercial felt material.
The clock is packaged in a pizza style box
