I love Berlin and couldn't believe my luck when I found this amazing map in my local second hand bookstore. I happily snipped away to create this gorgeous eleven Butterfly piece.
The colours are so gorgeous. The map covers the centre of Berlin. The Tiergarten sits centrally and the surrounding zones construct the other butterflies.....The butterflies were lifted directly from the map......by this I mean the distance that the butterflies sit apart is the same distance they were on the map....I hope that makes sense!
The piece will come to you in a white wood shadow box measuring 25cm x 25cm (outer dimensions of the frame).
I completely welcome custom projects and love to chat about your ideas....Imagine a piece like this but with any content special to you, I will source any book, maps, lyrics, quotes or anything you require.
