I have a number of beautiful vintage items in stock and ready to be custom finished to meet customer requirements. Having recently acquired some beautiful reclaimed wood, I decided to put my creative mind to work and design a range of stunning wall art. For this particular piece my inspiration came from watching the birds playing and feeding on the bird table in my pretty cottage garden. I thought how lovely it would be to bring their beauty and energy into my life via an artistic medium. This plaque makes me smile and brightens my day!

A beautiful and very decorative piece of wall art made from reclaimed wood.

This very pretty wall plaque has been created using decoupage techniques over reclaimed wooden planks. The whole item has been distressed, the edges painted in Annie Sloan Duck Egg and then a good layer of wax added to add protection to the piece.

The colours are very subtle on this lovely piece, with gentle tones of duck egg and and then a little pop of colour here and there from the pretty little birds.

This item would look stunning in a bedroom, living room or hallway, overall a lovely decorative addition to complement a range of styles and taste.

All our plaques are made to order and as such may differ very slightly from the one pictured, but consistency and quality are always our main concern. Custom orders are always very welcome.
