You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Items can be returned within 14 days for a 'no questions asked' refund on the item price, with the buyer to pay all return postage costs. To receive your refund, please contact us first to check the returns address before returning any goods, and ensure that the items being returned are in their original packaging, as new, and in saleable condition. When returning an item that was damaged in the post during delivery, or the incorrect item was sent to you, or in the unfortunate case of a manufacturing error then we will refund all costs including the return postage costs. Mistakes happen, and we will always try our best to sort out any problems as quickly as possible. When returning any item, please obtain a 'proof of posting' receipt from the Post Office for orders under £20.00 (proof of posting is offered free of charge by the Post Office, and ensures that your parcel is insured if it's lost in the post). Please return orders costing £20.00 and over by Royal Mail Signed For, so that the returned goods are tracked during delivery. Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
