The Mudras are hand positions commonly performed during yoga and especially during meditaion. Mudras are thought to channel energy throughout the body bringing about a natural balance.

The three mudras I have drawn are Guyan, Vayu and Surya mudra. Practice these mudras during your meditations to empower your mind, warm the body and calm an overcharged nervous system.

Alternatively, just take some time to look at some wonderful homemade art :)

These pictures are 10x15cm Prints triple mounted and framed in white, natural or dark finishes, please state your preference at checkout.

These are professional Giclee prints produced on beautiful smooth, thick paper that closely resembles the Bristol Board used for the original drawing.

Each and every print is individually hand signed by me, the artist.

I've always had trouble drawing hands, I love drawing people but the hands would always ruin the picture! So I practised and practised and practised and eventually felt confident that I could draw hands!
This collection is a refelction of my past efforts and is a tribute to my love of yoga.
