When the cost of sterling silver skyrocketed a couple of years ago I started investigating the use of other metals. Copper is very similar to silver and, of coarse, is an element used in sterling silver. Copper and silver work well together and you will see, in some my other items, where I have used the two metals together they look stunning

Full description
Copper sheet has been cut into 3/4 inch discs. Each disc has then had various sized holes punched out to create the washer. The washers have been textured using hammers and roller printing or by drilling. the washers have been joined using jump rings and finished with a hand made toggle clasp. The bracelet that measures 20 cm also has a patina to soften the overall look of this simple bracelet
