Full description
This gorgeously soft and lightweight scarf has been hand felted using very fine layers of heather coloured merino wool to create a cobweb style base scarf. A blend of dark purple shades of merino wool and bleached tussah silk has then been used to add a series of ruffles to one side of the scarf.
Cobweb felt is very fine and the small "holes" are apparent in the resulting fabric which are part of the design and in no way affect the integrity of the scarf.
The resulting scarf measures approximately 184cm x 32cm (72.5" x 12.5") long enough to be wrapped around the neck for extra warmth if required. Perfect for either winter or summer wear, this scarf would look stunning teamed up with any outfit, smart or casual. It is supplied packaged in a lovely gift box as shown.

Hand wash in warm water, do not wring, roll in a towel to remove excess water, reshape while wet and iron on a cool (wool/silk) setting or press with a cloth. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
