Photograph, enhanced with red ink and the words 'draw blood', framed, with glass, in gunmetal-effect frame: the pen nib dangling from the frame is not only functional but has been used -- it came from a disposable fountain pen! Blood-red glass beads on silver chain. The pendant's strung on a silver leatherette ribbon, with lobster clasp and expansion chain.
