Full description
Did you know that when swans mate, they mate for life, so what a more fitting and unique gift or centre piece then a beautiful pair of handmade swans for the bride and groom. These beautiful Swans are a charming twist on the usual wedding decorations and gifts. The swans are ready to hang on any wall at the wedding reception, they can then return to the happily married couples home as a hanging decoration to add character and charm to any wall they choose. The silk flower with diamante bridal veil and the black velvet groom's top hat are clipped to the swan's heads and are easily removable. Both can be purchased in Bride & Groom, Groom & Groom, and Bride & Bride variations, and choice of ivory and or baby pink. I am more than happy to do requests for bespoke custom orders, please contact me directly, if I can I will. All my wall mounted animal heads are handmade by myself using various materials, and as with all handmade goods, slight variations can occur, no one product is exactly the same, but is always to the highest of standards. Predominantly made using a paper mache technique to create the animals anatomy of the head which is then mounted on a solid wooden hessian covered plaque with hook ready to hang. Approx. 500 silk & lace petals are individually attached to the swan's body. Various fabrics are used to bring the swan to life and finally finished with eyes and eyelashes. Dimensions per swan: width approx. 30cm, height approx. 65cm and depth approx. 35cm.
