Lots of trips to the Botanical Gardens and Winter Gardens in Sheffield inspired the leafy, tropical designs in these pouches. I'm always drawn to bright, bold colours, and that shows here, too.
The design on this pouch is based on palm leaves.

This beautiful and very useful zippered pouch was designed, screen printed and sewn by me.
It is made of lovely, creamy fair-trade canvas (which is also nice and sturdy), and lined with soft handprinted cotton.
I find these pouches so useful. I keep precious things inside them that I'd rather not have floating around in my handbag, such as my notebook, paracetamols, lipstick and a few essential art supplies. They would also make make awesome, bold clutch bags, or make up bags.
The ink has been heat cured according to the manufacturer's instructions, and is fade resistant when washed on a gentle cycle. I recommend air drying this item.
