A little bit of self-belief can go a long way and this inspirational lavender sachet set is the perfect thing for those moments when you need a little help to remember that 'you are stronger than you think'.
The larger sachet, measuring approximately 13x7cms, has been embellished with a hand-painted felt flower with a glass pearl centre and a vintage mother of pearl button, and is squished full of gorgeously fragrant English lavender. The back of the sachet is a fragment taken from a beautifully embroidered vintage linen tablecloth. Just place the sachet under your pillow and the lavender will calm you and help you to sleep, to refresh the fragrance simply give the sachet a gentle squeeze.
The accompanying tiny lavender-filled sachet, measuring approximately 5x2.5cms and backed with plain white linen, is small enough to pop into your pocket for those times when you need something to remind you that everything will indeed be fine.
This lovely set would also be a thoughtful gift for a friend or family member who is having a tough time and a lovely reminder of how much you believe in them.
As expected when working with vintage fabrics, there may be some slight imperfections and perhaps some small signs of age, which generally adds to the charm of the finished piece and which will often gives you a tiny glimpse into history.
