Full description
A striking bright pink scarf with purple inclusions. This stunning scarf has been nuno felted using soft merino wool in bright pink on a silk chiffon scarf of the same colour. A blend of pink and purple merino wool has been used to add "splashes" of colour across both surfaces of the scarf.
Nuno felting is a process which causes the woollen fibres to migrate through the silk and bind with it. The resulting scarf is gorgeously soft and lightweight and is suitable for both summer and winter wear. It measures approximately 194cm x 38cm (76" x 15"), long enough to wrap around the neck for extra warmth if required.
A striking addition to any outfit, this scarf would make a lovely gift for any occasion and is supplied in a decorated gift box as shown.
Handwash in warm water, do not wring, roll in a towel to remove excess water, reshape while wet and press with a cool iron (wool/silk setting) or press with a cloth.
