You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Postage: Postage is to mainland UK ONLY. All our items will be sent via tracked courier. We aim to dispatch within 1-3 working days. We are only able to dispatch items Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays). The shipping cost stated is for delivery to mainland UK only. For deliveries to Northern Island and the Highlands and remote areas, please contact us for delivery charges prior to purchase. Couriers generally charge extra for orders to the Highlands and Northern Ireland. Please note that we can only dispatch to the confirmed Paypal address. We aim to give as full as description of each item as possible including sizes. The item in the picture is the one you will receive. If you have any questions or queries please contact us prior to purchase. Sizes stated are approximate. Please read the description of an item fully prior to purchase. By purchasing the item it is accepted that you have read the description fully. If you decide you don't want the item you have purchased you are welcome to return any item within 14 days of receipt of the item - buyer pays return postage. The item must be returned to us unused and in perfect condition via tracked courier. Once we have received in the item perfect condition we will refund the cost of the item only - not postage costs. If any item is damaged you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item - we may require proof of any damage or breakages. Once the item has been returned to us via tracked courier we will refund all costs including return postage.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
