Colours always inspire me and I just had to buy some of this beautiful wool and silk fibre. It is ideal for a lovely floaty, soft scarf so I rolled up my sleeves and got felting. I wanted to achieved a light and flexible finished scarf which would drape nicely so tried out a cobweb style which has worked well. Mothers Day gift anyone?

Full description
This pretty, handmade scarf is wet felted in fine layers for a very soft, lightweight feel. The scarf is made from 70%merino wool and 30% silk which gives it a fine texture and means the scarf hangs and drapes well.
The structure of the scarf gives a cobweb effect with some parts being very fine and translucent and other parts having a little more substance.
These scarves are very versatile and look lovely with both casual and smart styles. This scarf adds a beautiful pop of pastel, Spring colour to a neutral or dark outfit and makes a super statement piece.
The scarf measures approximately 72 inches with the ends finished in an irregular fringed edge.
