Full description
This is an ornate and glamorous Art Nouveau style freshwater pearl and genuine Murano heart necklace set in sterling silver draping chains. Murano glass is hand-made in Venice and this bead is garnet coloured glass over a core of real gold foil that gives it an unsurpassed depth of colour. The heart is a generous 20 mm 3/4" long and the white freshwater pearls are graduated between 9 and 12 mm or 3 to 4/8". It fastens securely with a bolt ring clasp stamped 925 for sterling silver.
The necklace measures 450 mm 17 3/4" internal diameter but hangs lower at the base because of the swags of chain at the bottom.
It is supplied carefully packaged in its own gift box.
