Full description
A unique piece of textile art, featuring a pretty pink flamingo, which I have embroidered completely by hand using quality DMC threads.
I have used my own design, making this a 'one off' piece. The flamingo has been stitched using the 'shading' technique which uses just one strand of thread at a time. This is quite time-consuming even on smaller pieces like this one.
The hoop measures 4 inches across and will be posted with a length of jute twine for hanging.
A lovely addition to any room it would also make a special gift.
