Welcome to my little corner of Folksy!
Each of my creations is handmade in my home studio in Riddlesden, Yorkshire. My workbench is a hive of activity - whether making fabulous headpieces for special occasions or melting down silver offcuts for a new pair of earrings, I thrive on the variety of my craft and continue to be inspired by the beautiful surroundings overlooking the famous literary hills of Bronte Country.

Ordering:
Please leave a note of your headsize (22/22.5"), or get in touch for a custom colour etc.
The Perfect Match?
If you are unsure of the colour, I am happy to send a free sample for you to match up to your outfit. Alternately, if you require another colour, please get in touch to discuss a custom order and swatches.
Delivery:
Your hat will be sent to you within 10 working days by RM special delivery in the UK or tracked services for overseas buyers. Delivery worldwide is usually around 2 weeks from dispatch but in some cases can be longer. Unfortunately at this time I cannot find a faster guaranteed service for less than £50.
Returns/Exchanges:
I hope you love your hat, but if for any reason you are unhappy with the item I will accept exchanges or returns if notified within 14 days (postage is non-refundable). Returned items must be in the original packing and be unworn. Please note that custom orders are non-returnable due to their personalised nature.
This item will be posted to you by Lillibets Millinery within 14 days of receiving payment.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
