I've been trying to learn how to crochet for a while and made myself one of these rolls to keep my hooks in. I've never misplaced a hook yet!

Full description
I've made this crochet hook roll from a lovely piece of soft furnishing fabric. It has a very pretty leaf motif on it in white with a background colour that is difficult to describe but I would call it a pale grey-green.
There are 12 spaces inside for your crochet hooks and each measures approximately 2 cm - so plenty of room for lots of hooks (you can keep several thinner hooks in one space).
A flap covers the hooks to prevent them from falling out and the roll is secured with a pale grey ribbon (which has been stitched into the roll).
When open the roll measures approximately 17.5 cm by 23 cm.
A great way to keep all your crochet hooks together it would also make a lovely gift for someone who crochets (or is learning to).
