Full description
A sweetpea picture frame that is entirely handmade. It is free standing and opens from the back to place your precious photo inside. It has thick acetate instead of glass so not as heavy and no chance of breakages.
The whole thing is first painted deep purple then a crackle glaze is applied to the front followed by a top coat of antique white. This produces the beautiful crackle effect. I then hand paint pink and purple sweetpeas and green leaves around the edge. Gold sparkle tendrils are then embossed around the design and to finish I have attached two wooden butterflies painted and glittered to match.
Would make a lovely valentine gift with a picture of a happy couple or of course a wedding or new baby gift but perfect for any occasion even a ittle treat for yourself.
Picture size aprox. 7"x5" the actual frame is 9"x7".
