Full description
My clocks are made from natural hardwood carefully selected for attractive and striking grain pattern. Each piece is worked to preserve the natural shape of the wood as it fell from the axe resulting in a range of intriguing and attractive shapes with no two being alike, and I have had people comment that they even have a tactile appeal.
The high quality quartz clock movement is easily removed for setting the time and replacing the battery. Each clock will be supplied with a new battery installed which should be expected to last 12 months.
This particular clock is made from a piece of ash heartwood taken from a fallen tree in Aberdeenshire, finished with gloss varnish giving a very natural and rustic appearance, with a 35mm diameter quartz clock insert.
