Our Steam Train blackboard is fully fired and ready to pull its heavy load along the railway track. Beautiful locomotives with their powerful steam engines have brought so much prosperity and freedom to the world and continue to bring delight to enthusiasts. Our Steam Train blackboard is not only useful for leaving reminders and messages in the garden shed or workshop it also looks great in the home and makes a wonderful gift for a train enthusiast.
Every blackboard is crafted from 6mm thick water-resistant MDF and are primed, undercoated and then coated with two layers of matt blackboard paint. The blackboard paint is certified as toy-safe so would also make a fabulous gift for children.
Traditional chalk and liquid chalk pens can be used on all of our blackboards. All blackboards are fitted with a clever rubber chalk and pen holder which helps to keep a stick of chalk in one piece and always on hand. A free stick of chalk is included with every blackboard so it can be enjoyed immediately when given as a gift.
Each Steam Train blackboard is fitted with a strong stiff seagrass cord to allow easy hanging when used as a shop sign or when hanging at home.
Our Steam Train blackboard measures 245mm (9.5 inches) tall and 540mm (21 inches) wide so is a good size when used as a shop sign or for leaving messages and reminders in the home.
