Full description
I painted this original miniature boat scene on location in Los Cristianos, Tenerife. The buildings are intended to give a feel for the area and are not an accurate representation - I chose 5 buildings at random for this scene. The boats are painted as they were - very brightly decorating the harbour.
It is painted on good quality 300gsm watercolour paper using Posca inks and measures a tiny 2.5 x 3.5 inches. This size is called an ACEO (Art Cards Editions and Originals) and is highly collectible. ACEOs can be displayed in photo albums, on mini easels or in photo frames.
Presented in clear cellophane wrap with a certificate of authenticity and a very cute handmade mini envelope, all of my miniature art is a delight to both collect and to gift!
As with all water-based art, to keep it at its best it is important to display this painting out of direct sunlight and away from damp/humid conditions.
