My daughter had a beautiful winter dress when she was little, made from gorgeous tweeds and velvet. I couldn't bear to pass it on so I kept it for about ten years in my fabric stash. This year I decided it was time to give it a new lease of life, and it has been transformed into many things including glasses cases, brooches, and a teddy bear. I found a Liberty print cotton and a pink vintage tweed skirt, which both complimented the colours perfectly and this cushion is the result!
