Knickers were one sewing project I had never tried until quite recently, but as soon as I'd made my first pair, I was hooked! Such fun to make and the results always make me smile!
If you're wondering about the name, Adventures with Doris....I do love listening to a bit of Doris Day whilst sewing (and maybe a bit of a sing along too!) and this is definitely an Adventure! I hope you'll come along with me!

What a cute pair of handmade knickers!
Comfortable, bikini cut style, that sits low on the waist, made from purple gingham with a soft, white cotton jersey gusset. The waist and legs are finished with pretty, white picot elastic. The knickers are topped off with a little vintage button...it may vary from the one pictured as my stash doesn't have two the same!
Available in the following sizes:
Size 1: 33-34" hips
Size 2: 35-36" hips
Size 3: 37-38" hips
Size 4: 39-40" hips
Size 5: 41-42" hips
Of course, as these are handmade especially for you, other sizes can be made, just let me know when you place your order.
The knickers are machine washable at 30°, although Doris does recommend a good old fashioned hand wash for your delicates!
Adventures with Doris knickers come delivered in a lovely gift box, which measures 195x195x50mm. If your purchase is to be posted outside of the U.K. then please contact me for delivery options.
