You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
Refunds can only be issued if the gift set packaging has not been damaged and the lip balm hygiene seals are intact. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with the packaging or with the lip balm itself, please get in touch and we can discuss how best to proceed.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

A trio of tasty, 100% natural lip balms to soften and protect your lips.
The lip balms are packaged in a bespoke carton that is colour coordinated with the lip balm tubes. This would make a great gift in its own right, or as part of a DIY gift hamper, or as a stocking filler, or simply as a treat for yourself (one for your bag, one by your bed and one as a spare).
The three lip balms are:
Rosemary & Lemon Balm - a healing infusion of rosemary with refreshing lemon and lemon balm essential oils;
Spearmint & Fennel - the minty-sweet aroma of spearmint with a hint of aniseedy fennel;
Orange - double-award-winning with a really fresh, natural orange flavour.
The lip balms have a base of rapeseed oil, beeswax and oat oil. For the full list of ingredients please see the individual listings.
