You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date. We’ll exchange or refund the price of all unused, unsatisfactory items, excluding any shipping fees for the initial delivery or the return shipment. We can only exchange or refund opened or used items if they are faulty. All we ask is that you come to us directly if there is a problem, so we can fix it immediately. EXCHANGE OR REFUND PROCESS - Please email returns [!at] southseabathinghut.co.uk to let us know why you are making the return and whether you would like an exchange or refund. We’ll give you a shipping address and return code to include with your shipment. - Package your item(s) and send them back to us with the delivery method of your choice. We’d suggest using a method that will provide you with proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit without proof of sending. - Once we receive your package, please allow five business days for us to process the refund or exchange (though we do our best to be quicker!)

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
