Full description
This handmade ceramic dish is approx 23cm long, and 6cm high. It is part of my new natural driftwood boat series, and was created to look as if it has just been washed up on the beach. This dish would make an ideal soap dish. It could also be displayed and admired on its own. Natural browns with a hint of green have been used to colour the dish, with small decorative chunks of clay pressed into the surface. Recycled brown and green glass has been melted into the base of the dish, which has pooled into the crevices and glimmers in the light. Each piece of my work is a unique one-off, no two items are ever the same.
