I really enjoy seeing the different patterns that emerge when the scarves have been steamed and finally unwrapped. It's fascinating!
PLEASE NOTE: all my silk scarves are dyed individually by hand, so each design is unique and cannot be reproduced. They are not digitally printed (as so many handmade silk scarves are nowadays) or mass-produced by anyone else, so you can be sure your scarf is genuinely handmade and genuinely unique.

Full description
A shibori-dyed long silk scarf in shades of deep blue, green, turquoise and lime. The scarf is silk chiffon, which drapes beautifully and is very light. It measures approx 15 x 55 inches (38 x 140 cm).
The silk is painted using high quality French silk dyes which are steam-fixed for intense colours and a soft, silky feel to the fabric. I have tried to reproduce the colours in the photos as accurately as possible but there will inevitably be some variation. Actual colours are usually brighter and more intense than they appear in the photos.
The scarf can be gently handwashed in cool water and ironed while still damp to remove any creases.
