Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

RETURNS- If you wish to return a product to us please contact us immediately as to why you are returning the product and we will inform you of the returns address. Items should be returned in perfect condition (unworn) and in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if unworn. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned (so please take care when ordering that spellings and any personalisation options are correct). If you are posting items back to us, we recommend that you use a secure and trackable method and insure the item as we will not take responsibility if the item is lost in transit (we also recommend that you retain the proof of posting) FAULTY ITEMS- Items are classed as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault happens within 90 days of purchase. Items that have been damaged as a result of general wear and tear will not considered to be faulty. All items are checked and quality controlled before leaving the premises. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately. In most cases, we will offer to repair the faulty item. Refunds- credit will be made back onto the card on which the order was originally placed.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
