'Dusk'
Banded agate semi precious wire wrapped with copper wire i have given a dark patina by oxidising to age a slender teardrop shape was given to the wire..that i hammered on the bottom on the loop...a gemstone was wire wrapped to either side and a wire wrapped swirl detail...around and up the sides....the top has 2 loops for chain of which it hangs from delicate antique copper rolo chain...
Chain length is a standard length of 18in
Delicate and pretty for any occasion....
People love copper for it's ancient healing attributes yet copper does oxidize and darken and in some cases may react with your skin in such a way that your skin turns green...so i have sealed this piece with a protect wax that will seal and protect the piece and delay the natural oxidisation that occurs with metals when exposed to the air......
All metals are pure copper.
