Delivery:
Your hat will be sent gift boxed within 7 days. Delivery is by special delivery within the UK or by RM airsure worldwide. Overseas delivery usually takes between 1-2 weeks from dispatch but in some cases can be longer. Unfortunately at this time I cannot find a faster guaranteed service for less than £50.
Returns/Exchanges:
I hope you love your hat, but if for any reason you are unhappy with the item I will accept exchanges or returns within 14 days (postage is non-refundable). Returned items must be in the original packing and be unworn.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Green occasion hat handmade in pure wool felt. This eye-catching hat has been hand blocked on a vintage pillbox style millinery block then brought right up to date with the addition of two ostrich spines and felt swirl. Perfect for race meetings, wedding and more formal occasions.
At approximately 5” across and 1.25” high (without trim), it’s perfect for those wanting a headpiece that doesn't cover the full head or hide their face but still want a bit of 'wow' factor.
It comes with your choice of fastening - two comb grips or 3mm headband (black/brown/beige/ivory). Please leave a note of your preference with which side you will wear it on (your left/right).
