Delivery:
Your hat will be sent to you within 5 working days by recorded 1st class post within the UK, or can be upgraded to special delivery for priority service. Delivery worldwide is by airmail and is usually 1-2 weeks but in some cases can be longer. For added security you can upgrade to tracked services at checkout if desired.
Returns/Exchanges:
I hope you love your hat, but if for any reason you are unhappy with the item I will accept exchanges or returns within 7 days (postage is non-refundable). Returned items must be in the original packing and be unworn.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Lilac fascinator featuring swirls of sinamay and a spray of coq feathers. Giving a nod to formal attire whilst not overpowering your outfit, this petite headpiece is perfect for weddings, race days and formal occasions.
Fascinators have seen a huge rise in popularity over recent years,not least due to their ease of wear in our modern society. Giving freedom of movement whilst still embracing the glamour of feminine style, this fascinator will make you stand out from the crowd with its seductive charm.
Style Tips:
The fascinator comes on your choice of comb, silver hair clip or headband. Combs are light and easy to hide, and are perfect for updos, and can stay put even in fine hair with a little practice. A little trade secret is to find the best position for your fascinator and backcomb the hair, misting with hair spray to give a good foundation. Place a hair pin on the spot you wish to wear your fascinator, then feed the comb fastening under the hair grip. This should provide a firm hold and can easily be hidden by your hair. Alternately, headbands and clips can simply be placed in position and are easy to remove as needed.
Upon ordering, please leave a note of your preferred fastening (clear comb, silver hair clip, silver 1mm headband, black/brown/blonde/ivory 3mm headband) and which side you will wear it on (your left/right).
