Delivery:
Your hat will be sent to you within 10 working days by RM special delivery in the UK or tracked services for overseas buyers. Delivery worldwide is usually 1-2 weeks but in some cases can be longer. Unfortunately at this time I cannot find a faster guaranteed service for less than £50.
Returns/Exchanges:
I hope you love your hat, but if for any reason you are unhappy with the item I will accept exchanges or returns within 14 days (postage is non-refundable). Returned items must be in the original packing and be unworn.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Peach ladies occasion hat in a soft peach shade. This handmade sinamay cloche hat is perfect for weddings or formal meetings, and can be tailored to match your outfit on request. It has been fully handcrafted, right down to the gorgeous silk peony blooms.
The hat itself has been formed using traditional millinery techniques before trimming with handmade silk flowers, leaves and ivory quill. Each peony petal and leaf is hand cut, shaped and assembled to give a natural appearance, and as such, each hat will be ever so slightly unique.
The hat size is 22.5", and can be made in a variety of colours as desired. To measure your head, use a tape measure from your forehead around the widest part of your head. The tape should not be tight as this will affect the fit of the hat. Your hat size will ideally by 5mm larger than your head for a comfortable fit. Please note that as each hat is made to order, there may be slight differences from that in the photo as expected from handcrafted pieces.
