Simple headband with a great effect !
Moss stitched pinched headband knitting pattern.
Once purchased I will email you the pattern in pdf format.. The file includes full instructions and diagrams for you to hand knit this gorgeous headband.
These headbands have been designed to be knit in Rowan’s cocoon yarn 80% merino wool / 20% kid mohair yarn (1 x 50gram ball). I have supplied 2 versions of the pattern , 1 for a headband 4” / 10cm wide , the other 5,5 inches / 14cm wide. Circumference of both is 18-19” / 46 - 48cm
They are knit on 5 mm (UK size 6, US size 8) needles to a gauge of approx 15 stitches is10 cm / 4 inch.
Difficulty: Easy- no shaping , no increases or decreases , simple join knitted two ends together.
