This is a giclee print of a Collagraph print I made after my first visit to Barcelona....
I love mosaic anyway but was blown away by the beauty of Gaudi's mosaics in Parc Guell
This print was the best of a bunch of prints I produced
The colours in this print were especially good....
A collagraph is basically a collage made of cardboard, string and hessian fabric
this is then inked up and when printed the textures and shapes echo the feeling
of the shapes in the mosaic....
