I love to solder, I have made Xmas decorations over the years (please see my GrimmExhibition shop nearer Christmas) and as I have decided to no longer make beaded jewellery I thought Id combine jewellery and soldering to make necklaces.
This is a 1" pendant, soldered using lead free silver solder.
I have cut 3x 1" squares of glass and layered them with images between each piece.
The necklace is made of black cord, it measure 18" long, with a sliver plated lobster clasp.
I have used photo editing to create this Pre Raphaelite inspired image of a Waterhouse painting, I have used an old postcard for the background with hand written text on it, and overlaid that with pink roses. In the foreground is a separate layer showing the word, Love.
