White Nancy is a local icon in Bollington, Cheshire. My studio and home are both in Bollington and I always know I am 'home' when I see her, on top of Kerridge Hill, when I have been away.
There is a lovely history attached and I am very happy to share what I know if you inbox me.
It is no surprise, then that I make a LOT of White Nancy themed items.
This little lovely is about 14cm high. Made from cement/foam board backing, I have used vitreous glass tesserae and professional adhesive and grout which means that you will be able to use her inside or out.
The photograph may not be of the actual item you will receive - I will make each one to order. You will get to see the image of your mosaic before I post out and if you are happy, I will send it to you.
Not suitable for use under running water, though :-)
