Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Once at the Post Office (or courier if used) we are not responsible for lost, damaged or mis-delivered parcels. You can purchase insurance listing in our shop. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you do not choose to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by Royal Mail (or courier) we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are wrapped in suitable packaging safely, however once with the carrier we cannot be responsible for mishandling or lack of care by third parties. Tracking is possible. You will have to add tracking to delivery payment if required. Shipping address All sales are final once checkout is completed. Unless we need to change an order or we provide incorrect personalisation i.e an error on our part, returns accepted up to and not after 7 Calendar days and postmarked to reflect that timeframe. You will pay your own returns postage and we will send the item and refund your postage once received and solutions are in place.
