Full description
I have designed this little cocktail hat to resemble a vintage musical jewellery box. One of a kind item, I make the sinamay base, which measures 12cm, then decorate from my imagination.
I've covered the base in Hand dyed silk fabric, then decorated with powder blue and pink gimp edging and a gold ornate fabric buckle at the back detail, before adding gold lace, a small nude tone veil and gold brooch with 18th century country scene. Fascinator is lined and fastens with a clear comb and thin hat elastic. There are long organza ribbon ties for extra effect.
